I saw this seized motor at Nick's a year ago and asked about it.  He said I could have it.  Then I was there a year later and took it home.  He had removed the head and filled the cylinders with ATF.  I had to beat the pistons up from the bottom with a 1/2" punch and a mini sledge.  It was not pretty.  I was trying to save the rods, so my force was directed at the pistons.  I ended up shattering all the pistons on the way out, but didn't damage the rods.
